Research paper entitled “Distributed Gauss-Newton Method for AC State Estimation Using Belief Propagation,” coauthored by ICONIC researchers Mirsad Cosovic and Dejan Vukobratovic, is published in January issue of IEEE Transactions on Power Systems.
