Prof. Branka Vucetic Lecture

Date and Place: 18. January 2019, Novi Sad, Serbia.

Professor Branka Vucetic, University of Sydney, visited Faculty of Technical Sciences and ICONIC centre and presented a talk entitled “Centre for IoT and Telecommunications at the University of Sydney” under organization of IEEE Student Branch Novi Sad and IEEE Young professionals Serbia and Montenegro Section. Prof. Vucetic is Scientist in Charge for University of Sydney within EU funded Marie Curie RISE project SENSIBLE – Sensing in Built Environment, which provides opportunity for ICONIC researchers to visit and collaborate with researchers at the Centre for IoT and Telecommunications at the University of Sydney.

Date: December 2018.

Research paper entitled “Exact Outage Probability Analysis of the Mixed RF/FSO System With Variable-Gain Relays,” with ICONIC researcher Milica Petkovic as one of the coauthors, is published in December issue of IEEE Photonics Journal. Congratulations!
